These Terms govern your use of GLYPH (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all matters relating to your use of the Service between you and us.
You are responsible for managing your account credentials. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use. Each account is intended for individual use.
Prices, payment methods, and billing periods are as shown on the pricing screen and the Commercial Disclosure. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically and are charged on each renewal date unless cancelled.
You may cancel anytime from the pricing screen; access continues until the end of the current period, after which you move to the free plan. As a digital service, fees are generally non-refundable. Unlimited (one-time) is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
GLYPH Tokens are usable only within the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash. Earning and usage rules are set by us and may change without notice.
You retain rights to the notes and content you create. You grant us permission to store and process it as needed to provide the Service. We may remove unlawful or inappropriate content.
We may change, suspend, or end the Service without prior notice and are not liable for resulting losses.
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or availability. It is intended for study and does not provide professional legal, medical, or other advice.
We may revise these Terms; the revised version takes effect when posted here.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts having jurisdiction over our location.

GLYPH (the “Service”) handles your information as described below.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, PayPay, etc.) for payments. Their handling of data follows their respective privacy policies. Card details are handled directly by the payment providers; we do not store them.
We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We strive to protect your information. Your data is tied to your account and designed to be accessible only by you.
To delete your account or data, contact us. We will delete it within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember settings.
